New CNC Machine 8 Pallet MAZAK U-8800
Last month Mazak North America installed a brand new CNC Machine – the 8 pallet Mazak U-8800. This machine has been cutting parts for a month now and provides fast, efficient and versatile machining for a wide variety of materials. This allows us the ability to to be able to machine a wide variety of parts depending on the industry (off-highway, on-highway, energy, industrial, military, transportation, and agricultural to name a few) and machine them to extremely tight tolerances with ease providing the customer with a perfect and quality part every time.

8 Pallet MAZAK u-8800 High Accuracy Horizontal Machining Center
MTM is making the necessary preparations to install our new 8 Pallet MAZAK u-8800 High Accuracy Horizontal Machining Center in July 2017. The foundation needed for this machine is 4 foot deep!
More foundation work in anticipation of our new 8 Pallet MAZAK u-8800 High Accuracy Horizontal Machining Center. This concrete pad requires 2 months to properly cure, then we’ll be ready to take delivery, install and begin machining parts in July 2017.
